Business

Innovative Insights is a full-service consulting firm that brings proven principles and industry experience to small and midsize companies aspiring to take their business to the next level. Our primary industry focus is financial and payments technology services, retail, travel and entertainment. We develop, integrate and follow through with custom solutions to ensure business success by providing next generation structure, acceleration and monetization strategies, and implementation services. We can help with strategy development and implementation, partnerships, marketing and sales planning, operations management, financial analysis and advisory, talent development and interim executive leadership.

Principal Business Consultant

Maggie is a business strategist, passionate about combining her entrepreneurial spirit and corporate experience to deliver superior results for her clients – small and midsize companies interested in expansion and process improvements.

Maggie is a proven executive with more than 15 years of experience spanning multiple industries, including financial and payments services, technology and direct retail. Prior to founding Innovative Insights, Maggie was a Director at American Express, where she led Northern California Merchant Services. Before her transition into the finance sector, Maggie was a Director of Corporate Development at ON Semiconductor (a spin-off from Motorola), where she identified M&A and Strategic Alliance opportunities. In parallel to her corporate background, Maggie cofounded a successful technology startup and ran a direct retail sales business.

A global mindset is built into Maggie’s DNA. She has conducted business and has traveled to more than 25 countries, has lived in three of those countries and holds a MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Beyond travel, Maggie enjoys playing sports, theater, art, great food and lively conversations. Maggie is passionate about quality experiences, exploring diverse cultures, sharing and giving back to the community, and integrating all of these passions into her everyday life in San Francisco, California.
